Overall Purpose of the Job:
The CEO – Leasing will lead the strategic direction and execution of leasing operations across commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects nationwide. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy and revenue through strong B2C retail partnerships, market insight, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute end-to-end leasing strategy for commercial and retail assets across India.

The ideal candidate should be a visual storyteller who can convert complex real estate concepts into clear, attractive, and impactful digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, promos, and social media creatives.
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.
Create video walkthroughs, logo animations, dynamic project presentations, and digital ads.
Edit raw footage and enhance video quality with motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Head (AGM/GM/Sr. GM level) to lead our real estate sales function. The candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing end-to-end sales operations, building high-performance teams, and maximizing revenue through strong B2C and institutional client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full sales cycle for residential and commercial projects across regions.
Develop sales strategies and ensure revenue targets are met consistently.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team; provide training, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
Handle channel partner network development and relationship management.
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and drive qualified leads.
Engage with HNI clients, investors, corporates, and institutional buyers.
Generate regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
